Is this covered by health insurance?
We are a private practice and bill transparently under the German fee schedule for physicians (GOÄ). Private health insurance (PKV) and Beihilfe typically reimburse our services. Self-paying patients are equally welcome.
What defines your approach?
We bring together different ways of understanding your body: bloodwork, body composition, strength, mobility and a hands-on examination of your joints and muscles. Your symptoms and goals guide which tests we use. The findings shape a treatment plan for the practice and everyday life: nutrition, training, recovery and targeted supplements where needed. Follow-up appointments review your results, physical function and symptoms together.
How long is a first appointment?
We spend 60 minutes on your history, previous results, goals and a physical examination. Together we decide which further assessments and treatments make sense. We discuss their scope, timing and costs with you; not every test takes place at the first visit. You can upload existing records to the portal beforehand.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Book directly on our website or via Doctolib, or message us if you are unsure which appointment type fits best.
Can I keep seeing my existing doctors?
Yes, absolutely. We are happy to work alongside your existing doctors and specialists, especially when coordination or a second perspective is helpful.
Can I be treated in English?
Yes. Appointments with us are fully available in German or English; just tell us your preference when booking.

Where are you located?
You can find us at Spreebogen, c/o Alpha-Reha Berlin, Alt-Moabit 101B, 3rd floor, 10559 Berlin. We offer consultations and diagnostics there on Mondays and Fridays, and diagnostics only on Thursdays. Our Wednesday medical consultations take place at Eterno Health, Schicklerstraße 5, 10179 Berlin. Both locations are open from 08:30 to 17:00 on their opening days. Your appointment location is shown when booking.
